CONDOMINIUM INSURANCE

Normally the master policy for a Condominum Association will cover the exterior and common areas of the building(s) within a development as well as flood insurance.

A personal Condominium Insurance Policy covers the inside structure and the contents of a condominium in the event of damage or destruction by any named perils. Normally named perils include fire, lightning, storm, explosion, riot, aircraft, smoke, vandalism, theft, broken glass and volcanic eruption in addition ot others. Review the perils covered by your policy becuase you can always purchase coverage to protect you against additional perils.
